A. David Simkin, M.D. graduated from Williams College in Williamstown, MA with honors in psychology. He received his doctorate in medicine from Tulane Medical School, New Orleans. An internship in internal medicine followed at Ochsner Foundation Hospital, New Orleans. He then completed his residency in Dermatology at Tufts Medical Center/Boston University Medical Center, serving as chief resident in 1979-1980. He began his practice of general dermatology in Village Square, Chelmsford, Massachusetts in 1980, earning gratifying respect and support from the community.
