What can I expect during treatment?
Vollure® is injected into the skin using an ultra-fine needle. Vollure® is formulated with Lidocaine to minimize discomfort during an injection session. A topical anesthetic can be applied prior to an injection session at the patient’s request. Injection sessions typically take about 30 to 40 minutes. Multiple injection sessions may be required in order to achieve a patient’s desired results. The lower concentration of hyaluronic acid in Vollure® reduces any swelling associated with the injection. Patients are able to immediately return to work and other normal activities following treatment.
When will I see results?
Results will be visible immediately following a treatment session. Full results will visible within one week of treatment. Results last up to 18 months. Results may vary.
Who is a candidate?
Vollure® is a good treatment option for men and women over the age of 21 who are interested in reducing the appearance of deep facial lines and folds, and/or restoring volume and facial contour. Potential patients should be in good overall health.
What are the potential side effects?
Potential side effects can include swelling, tenderness, bruising, redness, itching, discoloration, and/or discomfort at the injection site. These side effects typically resolve on their own and should subside within a week of your injection.
