Laser Vein Treatment
Our facial spider vein treatment is a safe way to improve the appearance of facial veins. During the procedure, laser light is directed at the target vein. This light easily passes through the uppermost layer of the skin and is absorbed by the vein as heat, causing it to collapse in on itself. Anesthesia is usually not required, and each treatment session takes only 20 minutes to complete. A series of 1-2 treatments administered six weeks apart is usually needed to get the best results. However, this number of treatments can vary depending on the number of veins being treated.
In addition to eliminating spider and varicose veins, laser vein removal can help improve the appearance of:

Following treatment, most patients experience a certain degree of redness, swelling, or change in skin pigmentation. Fortunately, these symptoms usually subside within a week.
Sclerotherapy
Sclerotherapy is an extremely popular and proven safe method for improving the appearance of spider veins on the legs of both men and women. During laser vein treatment, a sclerosing agent is injected into the treatment area using a fine needle. Hypertonic Saline or Asclera® are usually implemented for this sclerosing process. Once injected, the agent disrupts the lining of the vein, causing it to collapse in on itself. Over time, this vein is reabsorbed by the body and is no longer visible.
Depending on the extent and location of your spider veins, you may need several vein laser removal sessions to get dramatic results. Following treatment, most patients develop welts or bruises that fade over a period of a few days. Because it takes time for the body to dispose of the treated vein, results can be gradually seen over a period of three weeks.
